Task statuses
Each task writes what it’s doing in the Status column. The wording comes from the store, so it varies. The colour always tells you which stage the task is in.

A task in amber is still running. It keeps checking at your monitor delay until stock appears or you stop it.
Finish payment
Section titled “Finish payment”Some checkouts stop one step short so you can pay on the store’s own page. Their status turns green and reads:
Reserved: click to finish paymentClick the status. A Finish payment window opens on the store’s payment page with your basket loaded. Pay there as you would in a browser.
Red statuses
Section titled “Red statuses”A red status says why the task stopped. The same reason is posted to your webhook under Task stopped. Troubleshooting covers the common ones.
