You can buy proxies from us on the dashboard’s Proxies page and send them to the bot in one click. Every kind lasts 30 days and don’t renew by themselves. Prices are on the dashboard and include VAT.

Which to pick: Datacenter IPs are usually the cheapest and fastest, but stores with strict bot protection block them more often. Static ISP IPs look like home connections, so they get through more of those stores. Residential gives you a fresh IP whenever you need one.

Buy

1. Sign in to the dashboard and open Proxies.

2. Click Buy on the kind you want.

3. Choose what you want:

   Static ISP and Datacenter
   • Modules: tick the stores you’ll use the proxies on. This helps us make sure they’re compatible. You can still use them on any store, though each store’s anti-bot protection may block individual IPs.
   • Location: the country the IPs are in. United Kingdom is picked by default.
   • Quantity: how many packs, up to 100. The dialog tells you if fewer are left for your location.
   Residential
   • Data: pick a size. Each tile shows the price and the price per GB.

4. Click the pay button, which shows your total, and pay through Stripe.

Back on the dashboard, a “Payment processing” message shows while we set your proxies up. It usually takes a few seconds. Your order then appears under Your proxies, and the invoice appears on the Invoices page.

Payment taken but no proxies?

If the order shows Not delivered, or you see “We couldn’t set up your proxies”, your payment went through but setting up failed. Contact support for a refund.

Use Static ISP and Datacenter proxies

Your order card has three buttons:

• Copy copies the list as host:port:user:pass.
• .txt downloads it as a file.
• Send to bot adds it to the bot as a new proxy group. See Send to the bot.

Generate Residential proxies

Residential data doesn’t come as a list. You make one with the generator, as many times as you like until the data or the 30 days run out.

1. On your Residential order, click Generate proxies.

2. Pick the Type:

   • Rotating gives a new IP on every request.
   • Sticky keeps the same IP for a session. Set the Session length: 5 min, 10 min, 30 min, 1 hr or 24 hrs, or type your own in Custom minutes, up to 1,440.

3. Pick the Country and how many Proxies you want, up to 1,000.

4. Pick a Format: host:port:user:pass, user:pass:host:port, user:pass@host:port or http://user:pass@host:port.

5. Click the generate button, for example Generate 100 proxies. Then Copy the list, download it as .txt, or Send to bot.

Every sticky proxy in one list gets its own session, so no two of them share an IP.

Tip

Sticky sessions suit checkouts better, because the store sees the same IP from start to finish. Match the session length to how long your tasks run.

Send to the bot

Send to bot puts the proxies straight into the bot as a new proxy group. There’s nothing to paste.

1. Open the bot on your PC.

2. Turn on Control from the dashboard in Settings › General. Until you do, the button stays greyed out.

3. Click Send to bot on the dashboard. The bot shows “Added the proxy list … from the dashboard”.

The new group is named after the order, for example “Static ISP - United Kingdom”, “Datacenter - United Kingdom” or “Residential 10 GB - UK sticky 30 min”. It’s always saved as host:port:user:pass, whichever format you picked. One send can hold up to 1,000 proxies.

Message	What to do
The bot did not answer	The bot may have lost its connection. Check it’s open and signed in, then send again.
The bot refused the proxies	The list couldn’t be read. Generate it again and resend.

After sending, test the group in the bot before a drop.

When they run out

Proxies don’t renew by themselves. After 30 days the order shows Expired and stops working.

• Static ISP and Datacenter: click Renew on the order before it expires to pay for another 30 days. You keep the same IPs. Once it has expired, buy a new pack instead.
• Residential: buy a new data size when you need more.

The card’s Time left bar turns red when 3 days or fewer are left.

Danger

Opening a chargeback on a proxy payment deletes those proxies straight away, and they can’t be restored.
