Payment cards

Cards live in Settings › Payment cards. Save a card there once, then pick it in as many profiles as you like.

Add a card

Section titled “Add a card”

  1. Go to Settings › Payment cards and click New card. You can also click New card on a profile’s Payment tab.

  2. Fill in:

    Field Format
    Name A label so you can tell cards apart, such as “Personal Visa”
    Card number The long number on the front
    Expiry month Two digits, such as 04
    Expiry year Two digits, such as 28
    Security code The 3 or 4 digits on the back

  3. Save it, then open a profile’s Payment tab to pick it.

Keeping cards up to date

Section titled “Keeping cards up to date”

The list marks cards that need attention:

  • Expires soon means the card runs out shortly. Add the replacement before a drop.
  • Expired means stores will refuse it. Edit the card, or swap the profiles onto a new one with mass edit.
