Your licence works on one PC at a time. The first PC you sign in on becomes your bound device. Reinstalling the bot on that same PC is fine and doesn’t change anything.

If you try to sign in on a different PC, the bot refuses with:

This licence is already active on another PC. Reset your device binding in the dashboard to move it.

Move to a new PC

1. Sign in to the dashboard and open Devices.

2. Reset your device binding. This unbinds every PC and stops the bot on your old one straight away. That bot shows “Your licence was moved to another PC.”

3. Sign in on the new PC. It becomes your bound device.

Reset limits

You can reset 2 times in 30 days. The 30 days start from your first reset, not from your billing date. The error message above tells you how many resets you have left.

If you’ve used both and need to move again, ask staff in Discord. A reset done by staff doesn’t count towards your limit.

Note

Signing in again on the same PC ends the earlier session there. The old window shows “You signed in on this PC again.”
