๐Ÿ“šProfiles tab

The Profiles tab has all of your Profile information stored such as your shipping addresses, billing addresses and payment information for tasks.

All of your personal information is stored locally on your computer in the 'Yoghurt Bot' folder > 'Data' folder > 'Profiles.json' & 'PaymentCards.json' files.

These files are encrypted and can only be read by the bot.

Add a new Profile

To add a new profile:

  1. Click the 'Profiles' tab on the left menu bar.

  2. Click the green โž• button at the top.

  3. Select the 'Profile Type' from the top right drop down menu. See each retailer's information in our guides to check whether it needs a 'Profile' or 'Account Only' option.

  4. Fill out all of the information required and make sure to click into the 'Payment Card' tab, 'Billing' tab and 'Shipping' tab.

  5. Once finished click 'Save Profile'.

๐Ÿ’ณ Payment Information

The bot only supports credit / debit card payments. PayPal is not supported.

Your payment information should be entered in the following format:

Card Number

  • No spaces between the numbers

  • Ensure that the store you are botting supports the card type you are using

Expiry

  • 2 digit month (e.g. 01)

  • 2 digit year (e.g. 22)

CVV

  • 3 digits for Mastercard and Visa

  • 4 digits for Amex

  • No spaces between the numbers

Postcode

  • All boxes that require a postcode input should be in the correct format, uppercase. For example:

    • RG213NY - INCORRECT

    • RG2 13NY - INCORRECT

    • RG21 3NY - CORRECT

Profile Groups

You can group your profiles by a friendly name to make it easier to find certain profiles by categorisation.

For example, say that you have 10 profiles in total and 4 of those profiles are 'Account Only' used for Amazon. You may want to create a Profile Group called 'Amazon Profiles', to make it easier to find them all in one go.

Add a Profile Group

To add a new profile group:

  1. Go to the 'Profiles' tab on the left menu bar.

  2. Click the 'New Group' button at the top.

  3. Enter a name for your group e.g. 'Amazon Profiles'.

  4. Click 'Save'.

To allocate a Profile to a Profile Group

  1. Click to the 'Profiles' tab on the left menu bar.

  2. Create a new profile by clicking the green โž• button at the top or edit an existing profile by clicking the ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ button on the profile line.

  3. On the window popup, next to 'Profile Editor', there is a dropdown menu where you can select your new profile group called 'Amazon Profiles'. Select that and then click 'Save Profile'.

View your different Profile Groups

To view your different profile groups that you've created:

  1. Click to the 'Profiles' tab on the left menu bar.

  2. At the top, under the word 'Profiles', there is a dropdown menu. Click that and it will show all of your Profile Groups.

  3. When you click the dropdown menu, it will show your profiles that are categorised under that specific Profile Group.

Import Profiles or Payment Cards in bulk

You can import profiles or payment cards via a spreadsheet template (.CSV file) which can be found in the bot folder under 'Templates'.

You can find the import templates in the bot folder > Templates.

Import Payment Cards

To import payment cards in bulk:

  1. Go to the Yoghurt Bot Folder, then open a folder called Templates.

  2. Open the payment_cards.csv file and fill it out with your payment card information and click save.

  3. Click the 'Settings' tab on the left menu bar.

  4. Click the 'Payment Cards' tab.

  5. Click the 'Import' button.

  6. A popup window will appear, select the 'Templates' folder and then the payment_cards.csv file.

  7. Click the 'Open' button and the payment cards will successfully import straight away.

Import Profiles

To import Profiles in bulk:

  1. Go to the Yoghurt Bot Folder, then open a folder called Templates

  2. Open the profiles.csv file and fill it out with your profile information and click save.

  3. Click the 'Profiles' tab on the left menu bar.

  4. Click the red 'Import / Arrow' button at the top.

  5. A popup window will appear, select the 'Templates' folder and then the profiles.csv file.

  6. Click the 'Open' button and the profiles will successfully import straight away.
