The Products tab is where you will keep all of the products that you want to bot.
The product manager is a convenient way to add and store products in the bot. If you know the SKU of the product you want to add, or prefer not to use the product manager, you can enable SKU mode when creating a task as described below.
To add new products:
Go to the retailers website and copy the URL / website link for the product.
Open the bot and click the 'Products' tab on the left menu bar.
Click the green ➕ button at the top.
Paste in the URL / website link into the popup and click Load Product
For some products, there might be multiple variants for a single SKU. In this case, the Variant dropdown will be populated with the available variants. Select the one you want and click 'Save Product'
For some websites, a proxy is required to add products, as some websites won't add products without a proxy. This only needs to be added once or until your proxy expires. To add a proxy:
Open the bot and click the 'Products' tab on the left menu bar.
Click the green ➕ button at the top.
Add one proxy into the 'Proxy' field in the following format of ip:port:user:pass
Alternatively, if you proxies are IP authenticated, then you can enter them in ip:port
format.
The product manager is a convenient way to add and store products in the bot. However if you prefer to use the SKU directly or have issues with the product manager, then you can enable SKU mode by creating a task, and toggling SKU mode
Enter the SKU or product ID of the item you want to use in the bot in the SKU textbox.
All your individual products are automatically categoried into groups for each retailer and there's also an 'All' list.
This categorisation makes it easier to search through your product lists if you want to check or delete any.
To view a Product Group:
Click the 'Products' tab on the left menu bar.
Under the 'Products' text field, there's a dropdown menu. When you click that, it will show all of the different product groups by retailer name and also a list called 'All'.
If you click the different groups, you will see the products displayed change.
